I've been a dual-sport athlete my entire life, earning a full-ride scholarship to the University of Central Missouri for Football and Track & Field. On the field, I played Cornerback, Wide Receiver, and Kick/Punt Returner, while on the track, I competed in short sprints including the 60m, 100m, and 200m dash. I’m proud to be ranked among the top 10 fastest athletes in my college’s history.

In high school, I competed in the Junior Olympics, earning multiple medals, and in 2012, I won the IESA State Championship in the 100m dash. Being a top competitor in both sports taught me invaluable lessons, and now, I’m passionate about giving back to young athletes—sharing the knowledge and training insights I wish I had when I was in their shoes.

Growing up, I encountered trainers and coaches who were in it for the paycheck rather than truly investing in their athletes. They lacked the connection and understanding that can make all the difference. I promised myself that when I had the opportunity, I would always prioritize people first—helping others not just because it’s my job, but because I genuinely care. Sometimes, all someone needs is the right guidance and motivation to see their potential and strive for something better. That’s the impact I want to make.

I'm passionate about helping people transform their lives in a simple and realistic way because everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and healthy—inside and out. With a background in sports medicine, I specialize in designing strength and endurance programs that help athletes elevate their performance and reach their full potential.
